Our preference is that you enter Online (via the SPORTident events system). Before doing so please read About the event and, in particular, the Rules and Safety notes as you will be asked to acknowledge these before your application can be accepted. Once your payment has been received your Start Time will be displayed in the SPORTident Entries List and you will receive a confirmation email from SPORTident UK.
Entry Fees

VAT Charges, Currency of Purchase and Invoice:
The event is not VAT registered and all transactions will be conducted in UK Pound. An invoice will not normally be supplied with the confirmation of your entry. Should you require one, please email us or write to the address below.
Cancellation of the Event:
If for any reason the event is cancelled, we will refund your entry fee less an administrative charge of not greater than TBC per team.
Withdrawing Your Entry:
If we receive your notification of withdrawal by letter postmarked or by email dated
No later than 31st July, you will be refunded the entry fee less TBC admin fee.
After the 31st July, you will be refunded the entry fee less TBC admin fee.
After xth September, no refund.
N.B. “Distance selling” laws provide you with a “cooling off” period after making an online transaction. This requires that you get a full refund if demanded within seven working days of making your entry. This overrides the above policy when applicable.

When entering online you can select a start time from the list of available times for your course. You may change this or any other details at any time via the SPORTident Entries List using the login details you will have received via email. Alternatively you can email us or use the form on the Contacts page.
Junior competitors (16/17yrs old) can enter the C and D classes of the event when partnered with their parent/guardian as family teams. These entries can only be made by post and are provisional on certain criteria. Please print and complete both the Parental Consent form and the normal Postal Entry form below. If you have any queries about this please contact us.
You can also enter by post although we would urge you to use the online system if at all possible as it reduces our administrative workload considerably. The same terms apply as for Online Entry except that the Euro fees are fixed at €TBC and €TBC respectively - not based on daily bank rate. We reserve the right to amend these fees if there is a considerable change in the exchange rates. Please download and complete the Paper Entry Form and return to us at the address above.
